A modern eco-conscious home built for a dye-in-the-wool bachelor, who ended up meeting the lady of his dreams, who moved in and now they are preparing for an addition. This was built for an NPC friend to one of my legacy Sims, and will be more personalized with photos and other clutter, so it will need some customization to make it suit your tastes.
