I hate building #starter homes. I think this is just #basegame plus #strangerville but I may have messed up. As far as a #starterhome goes it isn't terrible. It has everything you need. #1bed but big enough for #2sims, will be easy to #extend It is better than having the #willowcreek house in strangerville #under18k which I think is the one sim starter funds. It even has the #listeningdevice to start your investigation.
