I wanted to make a underwater house for my sim and this was the only lot that was big enough for the whole family in my legacy challenge. I didnt mean to make it so expensive but here we are. The theme was blue, and the top is so blank because it was already at 100k and there were no floors, wallpaper or any furniture yet.
