All the rules are on my IG: Kamila_Ytb. You can't remove any of the walls, and you can't add more to the 1st floor. What you can do is: add a 2nd floor, place half-walls, fences and foundations anywhere. You can place the shell on any lot of your choice. I will share the creations in a YT video.
