A lot of people strive to build homes using only Base Game. I tried the opposite with this one: decorating a house using only items from packs. If you want a coherent aesthetic, this probably isn't the home you're looking for-- I got hit with the Gothic bug in the bedroom but have a fairly modern living room and it's all a mess.
