A completely normal thing to want as a student is to move out of the dorms and into your own space. The best way to do that is with a roommate, so here's a little home for your Sim and a buddy (or more if you want) to get a home to share for themselves. If you absolutely want to set it as University Housing, you can just take out the stove and even expand to add bunk beds or another bedroom.
