All Base Game. This house is a reasonable dorm style home to plop down and shove 8 Sims in, in case you don't like having those extra Sims in empty lots. You place the house, you place those extra sims, and you're good to go. Great for challenges that require extra neighbors, bio donors, etc. No lot traits or challenges are selected, and this is not Decades compliant (but can be made so).
