I added an upstairs to this Maxis house, the rooms are bigger and you now have 2 bathrooms instead of one and a little backyard too! And a larger kitchen, with a laundry and dining area combo and a good size livingroom too! It's still rather cheap and you could fit two in the kids room if you change the furnisher! And the house unfurnished will be cheap enough for a starter home too! #StarterHome
