I turned Zefrine's Shells into a modern home for 3 Sims. Place with bb.moveobjects on and in Oasis Springs or Strangerville if you want the landscape to match the surroundings. If you want to use it, you have to remove a few items under the bunk bed and the little reading nook upstairs was not accessable for my Sims.
