Decided to take the challenge with the broken shell and do somethinga little different. I'm not really a modern builder, but putting the pieces together I couldn't help but imagine the garden in the center and the rest of the house around it. This is a house for a very wealthy sim family! I added a kids bedroom but it could be converted into a guest bedroom or anything else! I had so much fun!
