Post-Grad Paradise
I modified my Small/Big Beach house to become the perfect house for post #University Sims. The first floor has an open floor plan with living & dining areas & the kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms upstairs has a big bed & an attached bathroom & fits 4 single Sims but can easily be modified to have smaller beds & fit up to 8 Sims comfortably.
