This tiny house was built upon the floor plan of my very first apartment. There was only a balcony, no garden but I think this is exactly how it would have looked like. The flat is for a single sim but her/his friends can camp in the garden and someone can also sleep on the couch. You can grill in the good weather or have some netflix movie night.
