Out with the old and in with the NEW Movers & Shakers Gym! Due to structural defects in the original building it was decided that a complete demo and new building was needed. The gym has all the latest and greatest in fitness equiptment around and with the new spa wing on the 2nd floor you can unwind those tired muscles with a massage or sauna.
