Base game only. Starting to work on the interior. One bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom finished so far. Make sure "bb.moveobjects on" is done before placing so there's no issues, I used it a lot. Baths are useable with the curtains up. Some of the bookshelves and things might not, but there's a lot of books that will work for your Sim.
