My first Spark'd Challenge! I imagined the story being between an old and menacing witch/wizard being in love with an elven mermaid/merman. The witch/wizard lives in the dark tower, and the mermaid/merman lives above in the clouds, with a bathtub for a throne. The mermaid also has a swimming pool on the ground.
