This is the Tower of Jorrie Elderstar. She is a sorceress. However, she did NOT build this tower; another, more accomplished wizard did that over 100 years ago. He spoke barbarous, words-of-power, and caused the tower to emerge fully formed from the Earth! Next, he caused part of the land to be scooped out and called to the ocean to send her life-blood to fill the void left by dirt and rock.
