If you're like me, you HATE that there are so few lots in Glimmerbrook to begin with. Moreover, the builds there are so expensive! So... here is a VERY stripped down move-in model that you can fix up & make your own. :) You have the bare essentials to find work, eat & watch tv or use the pc.
