This is my version of Ernest Hemingway's home in Key West, Florida. I took some liberties but it is a fairly accurate model. I visisted a few years ago and fell in love with this home, so I hope you enjoy. It is complete with a garden shed, pool, and complete vista. I reccomend placing this on the "Cheiften" home on Sulani. It gives the home a secluded feel, perfect for your writer sims. I did use moveobjects cheat and #withlovejulien paintings.
