The woman that lives here is convinced that she is a witch, because of that, most people avoid both her and her black cat. So she moved into this little cottage that she lovingly names 'Witch's Retreat'. It has a master bedroom with a room ready for a child, she has a big kitchen and a living room with no tv or computer (she's a 'witch', why would she need them?).
