This is a house I built for my Legacy Challenge, my 5th generation sim is a witch and needed an enchanted house of her own. Ideal for witches/wizards as it's fitted with magical furniture and it's very own underground lair. It has bewitched features like the tower at the front of the house, a bath on the balcony and a private firefit (imagine old school witchcraft).
