This build is probably one of my favorite builds. First Floor: Garage converted into a large kitchen, bar, dining area, and a living room. Second Floor: seating area, gender-neutral toddler's/children's bedroom, semi-feminine teen bedroom, convertable hobby room/office, bathroom, and deck (outdoor seating, eating space, and cooking arragements).
