This Windenberg lot is multifunctional, able to be used as a cafe, library, and retail. It also has two apartments in it, in my mind, the owners of the bookstore and the cafe live in either. But you could put your sim here and just get a roommate for the bottom apartment. I have a busking sation in the backso your sims can listen to someone perform while they drink their coffee or they could perform themselves for some simoleons! #windenberg
