**Refurbished. It's the same loveable Willow Creek Archive- sort of. I went through and completely redid the interior of the first and second floors. The third floor remains open to edits, with a light and curtain to make the window look better. Nice outdoor sitting area, a toddler play room, and plenty of desks.
