This is a base game only redesign of the Willow Creek library. I tried not to change the shell too much, but it is certainly different now. I've made it brighter, more spacious, and less sad/drab. The children's reading room has had a massive rehaul to made it less depressing, and way more fun. There is a 'cafe' inside, so your sims can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while they work or read.
