The foundation for my #Farming #Legacy gameplay. There's an actuall #spring built on the lot. There's a waterwheel to "generate" electricity (there are three minimized roof windturbines in the debug shed). You can add more as the lot expands and need more. The water is sufficient with the trait but you can always collect more from the #well on the lot. You should be able to be pretty #selfreliant on this lot with these two "natural" resources. I'll be re-uploading the lot as I build in-game.
