There are both fishing and bowling in the basement. Also a pool behind a lockable door. There is a basic grill on the porch. The toddlers can get down the stairs to the basement just fine to play on their jungle gym. (I didn't put a tent in the basement on this one because everyone kept wanting sleep in it.)
