The bottom floor was an Island Bungalow that I did not create!! I cannot seem to find the original creator to give credit as it seems that other people have re-uploaded it to the gallery. I renovated the bottom floor, added a bar, hot tub, and made some other adjustments. I then added the top two levels and a pool as I wanted this to be a family vacation home instead of just a one bedroom.
