This Alam villa has been abandoned for hundreds of years. Once the Alam people were prosperous merchants, trading in precious gems and metals and living in harmony with the enchanted well from which their wealth stemmed. Legend says one merchant became too greedy, wishing for more wealth than was decent, and brought a curse to all his people.
