I call this: Tiny Living, Big House. I used only Tiny Living and the Base Game! This is Vixella's 3rd Shell Challenge and my first ever build. That's why it took me so long. I hope I did okay. First floor has a living room, open kitchen and dining room, an office, and a guest bed & bath. Second floor has the master bed & bath, a teen room, a kid room, another bathroom, and a small workout room.
