Lol this looks ugly from this angle. There are 4 bedrooms, but it sleeps 6, including two toddlers. There is a converted 'garage' turned office/entertainment thing. It has like an outdoor entertainment area with a barbeque on the top of the house, so your sim can um like party or something if you actually socialize lol.
