Built in 1893, this turn of the century home had fallen into disrepair when it was renovated and revitalized by Mr. Smithy Smithington of Smith, Smith & Sons. With the original layout preserved, Mr. Smithington updated all appliances and refurbished the original hardwood to its turn of the century shine.
