I wanted to build the empty house across from mine in the sims! But I made it into a beautiful family home! With a beautiful green kitchen and windows gallore. It technically has 4 bedrooms but i made one of those into a craft studio for the mother and there is a bedroom for two sisters and a toddler bedroom aswell.
