Built many years ago by Bartholomew McGowan, The Turquoise Teacup has been in the family for years. Unfortunately, Gregory McGowan never had much interest and allowed the restaurant to get by with the bare minimum. Upon his death, he left the restaurant to his great niece in the hope that she would be able to do what he failed: raise the restaurant to it's full potential.
