The houses have a specifically dark theme, as they were designed for Princess/Queen Vasilisa Dragomir and her family (right) and Guardian Rose Hathaway and her family (left). Rose and Dimitri's house was initially not designed as a cabin, but it seemed to be a right fit once the build was done.
