Originally built by the Thebe family as a Pirate Defense Tower; the need for it to defend Porto Luminoso ended when Princess Cordelia masterfully negotiated peace with the leading pirate capatin. Princess Cordelia then sold the tower to a local merchant to fund extensive renevations to her palace.
