Please buy this house! The man who previously lived here really let it go after his wives death. When he died, their children attempted to renovate it but never finished the massive job. Are you up for the task? You can see they sampled paints in the entry way, and there are some amazing classic pieces in the house (such as the claw-foot bathtub).
