This is my take and refurb on the #USSafetyHazard challenge...I realise I'm almost $10,000 over budget ha! But it was fun. I tried to retain some original features; the brick wall has been left untouched in many places as I feel it fits the look of the place. It's designed with a small family/couple in mind and is supposed to have a very modern, artsy vibe.
