A perfect beach house to fit a family of 4! The kids room is pretty big so it could fit up to three sims but instead I designed it for a set of twin girls. The upstairs is a perfect place for the parents since they have their own closed off space including their own bathroom. This house provides plenty of seating and is perfect for entertaining.
