I renovated this place for my up and coming sim Venessa who rose to the top, had Father Winter's baby and stole Thorne Bailey and passed the baby off as his... Phew! Its setup with a feminine LA vibe for a single or couple. Venessa's daughter and partner also moved in here in between homes, it does work for 2 people. You can also easily add your pet too.
