It's a few years and an #upgrade or two since Dad bought the two-bedroom Cape Cod in Levittown. There's a new picket fence, a driveway, and some planting around the back and front. And now that little Jimmy's grown into the double-digits, he absolutely refuses to share a bedroom with his sister. Time to fix up a new bedroom in that attic space!
