Renovated the Love It or List It challenge home #noCCLoveIt and added a second storey parents retreat with ensuite, as well as, a kitchen/lounge extension out the back. Also added some play equipment and seating out the back to enjoy the outdoors. As required in the challenge this house is under $80,000 and includes 4 bedrooms (1 used as a study).
