The Boathouse is a converted ship which used to ferry sims to and from brindleton bay. Its a generous family home with 4 bedrooms with enough sleeping space for 8 sims. the bedrooms are in the hull of the ship with the open plan living area on the Promenade deck and a relaxing hot tub and BBQ area on the top deck!
