This house took me 2 days to build and it could probably be better, but I didn't go to university so I'm not really sure how university housing is supposed to be lol. This place has 3 floors and 9 bedrooms (1 on the top floor, 5 on the second floor, and 3 in the basement area (for those paranoid sims). I only used 2 packs and basegame.
