This was built with the roommate feature from University in mind. They are identicle "apartments". The exception is the pink house which I decorated for the sim I'm going to be playing with. It is placed on the 50x40 lot in Newcrest (Twin Oracle Point), could also be used on bigger. There are actually 10 bathrooms, and 10 bedrooms. #apartments #roommates #university #multihouse
