I noticed that #DiscoverUniversity has been suffering from a real lack of realistic American style dorms, so I took it upon myself to fix that! This co-ed dorm has 6 bedrooms (10 Sims total), a common area, an additional seating area, a study area, two "kitchens," on-floor laundry, and two bathrooms.
