Under5k! Pretty sure this is my cheapest build so far. It's may be build with the lowest quality fixtures and furnishings and the building might not eactly be up to code..but it's ok with those added mirco home perks this house comes with those lil things won't have too much of an inpact, well unless you use the stove with a bit of a wiring issue.
