yall I really tried keeping the budget over 35k but then I added a bathtub room im so sorry. This is 1 bedroom 1 bath, but also includes a whole room dedicated to a corner bath off the bedroom. There is a computer, book stack, painting easel, and planter boxes. I'll make another verysion without the bathtub room, I think. That might be under 35k? #basegame #modernhouse #under40k
