Creek Corner Cove
I built this tiny home for the perfectly well rounded challenge but it's a great starter home for any single sim or couple. Built in Strangerville but could be placed anywhere, just adjust the terrain paint for a different lot. Most landscaping and decor is debug. Small garden in the back. Kind of went crazy with the packs.
