A modern farmhouse style shell for your sims to furnish. Has room for three bedrooms (two with ensuites) and an addional bth upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Could be a starter if you have a larger family with at least four sims. There is a debug arch from the Batuu pack-- not sure why that doesn't show in the requirements.
