I built this house to play with Dream Home Decorator pack (that I bought to myself xmas present). My idea was Sim(s) can't renovate this place, until they earn at least 20k. Main source of money must be career from DHD pack, but other ways to make money (like selling crafts on Plopsy or marriage) are allowed.
